SAS/ACCESS Interface to Google BigQuery does not support the NUMERIC data type with Rev. 940_19w34 for SAS® 9.4M6 and SAS® Viya® 3.4 (19w34).
Note: The SAS/ACCESS for Relational Databases documentation incorrectly states that this data type is supported.
Attempting to read in a BigQuery table that contains a variable defined with a NUMERIC data type might result in an error similar to the following:
